Order Administrator

ResponsibilitiesCreating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GPProcessing and managing software licenses/keys and assetsReview purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Hexagon ALI policies and proceduresReview legal agreements for direction to deliver / administerMonitor order status, communicating any issues to customers/suppliers.Close cooperation with sales represantatives.Issue accurate invoices upon delivery of order and other related documentsProfessionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve and/or escalate issuesPerforms other duties as required for the success of the departmentAble to prioritize tasks and work in multiple business systems to complete requestsCreate ad hoc reports for management#SIG2025Education / QualificationsMinimum of 2 year`s customer service experience, ideally in an international companyVery good command of spoken and written English language (business proficiency)Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS ExcelExperienced user of a standard ERP system (Microsoft Great Plains experience would be an advantage)Ability to quickly grasp new software functionality and processesGood communication and analytical skills requiredFast learner and a high degree of social competenceTeam-oriented work and dedicationAble to maintain strong working relations with staff and business partners that may be located outside the own countrySelf-motivated individual that is looking for a role that will challenge and reward.#SIG2025About HexagonHexagon is the global leader in enterprise software, empowering organizations to build a safer, more sustainable and efficient future.
