North Search is a global talent consultancy that helps different clients to join the best talent.On this occasion, our client is an international organization operating within the life sciences sector, currently strengthening its corporate presence and operational efficiency in Eastern Europe.We are seeking a Customer Care & Order Processing Coordinator, a skilled professional to join their Romanian team, responsible for taking care of customer processing in order to ensure timely dispatch to the logistics service provider for processing. He/She will provide customers and sales representatives with ongoing after-sales support by providing clarification and information on orders, products, payments and collect and resolve complaints and errors to satisfy the customer and increase loyalty, ensuring the systematic collection of all reports and promptly forward them to the Branch Technical Responsible and/or the central office. This is to guarantee the appropriate and timely handling of such reports in full compliance with corporate procedures.Main Responsibilities: Verify that orders received from sales reps have been entered with respect to sales and paymentterms. Report any non-compliant orders and make any necessary changes- Enter any non-automated orders into the system, both for non-automated customers andshipment to sales reps, fairs, events, courses etc. Process orders that can be fulfilled by importing them into the SAP system and assigning deliveries. Send orders with assigned delivery to the logistics specialist for dispatch. Create customer data and keep it updated. Check with credit management that new customers are solvent. Provide post-sales support to sales reps and customers (complaints, shipping errors, order errors,discounts, order status etc.). Receive and forward customer questions to other relevant corporate offices ensuring customerservice. Verify operations at the logistic specialist (stock control and order status). Enter special (fixed) conditions for customers, approved by the top management, into the system. Report any recurring issues to the top management to ensure timely and appropriate resolution. Check the level of customer satisfaction, including through direct investigation with the customer. Enter customer return orders into the system to trigger pickup by the logistic specialist.What we're looking for:Education: Degree in Business or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3 years of consolidated experience in similar roles.Languages: Romanian required and English nice to have.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.What We Offer:The opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international organization within the Life Sciences sector.A central role in executing strategic initiatives and contributing to the company’s growth in the region.A collaborative and mission-driven environment that values professionalism and well-being.A company culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.Our client and our team are committed to promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace.
