Job DescriptionJob Title: Order Entry Agent - English Speaker (Day Shift)Location: Tunis, TunisiaOverview of Role: We are looking for people who are hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun! As the Upsell Agent you will be required to verify and sell additional products range to new and existing customers who have already placed mail orders with us. In doing so, you will provide our customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Entering & verify orders accurately on database Use sales techniques to convince the customers to increase their order quantity Calling customers from existing mail orders received if needed Working on projects to increase National Pens revenue from outbound call campaigns Propose suitable products and solutions to callers Ensure any customer issues are dealt within an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products Achieve weekly individual sales targets Attend weekly team catch up meetings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes Receive on-going training, support and coaching Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Fluent in English Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (experience using various communication channels such as chat, phone, email) is highly preferred Passionate about deserving customer service and customer expectation Excellent communication and negotiation skills Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills Excellent PC skills essential Highly organised with a strong attention to detail Self-motivated and goal oriented Be a team player Our valuesAt Pens.
