Job DescriptionArcelorMittal Business Centre of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position ofOrder Management SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesEntering and modifying sales orders in the SAP systemTechnical reconciliation of inquiries and orders receivedEstablish scheduled production and delivery dates for orders/requests receivedManaging domestic and export sales (rail, sea, deposit-based sales)Cooperation with production planning, logistics, and warehouse departments to ensure on-time deliveriesHandling complaints and supporting technical product development in collaboration with the quality departmentAgreeing delivery dates and quantities with clients; cooperation with the logistics departmentCreating and updating customer data, delivery addresses, and pricing listsPreparing and forwarding commercial documents: invoices, certificates, declarations, pro forma invoicesEnsuring documentation compliance with SOX, QMS, and internal control (NND) requirementsOur RequirementsProficiency in SAP systemProficiency in English and one additional language will be plus (e.g., German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish, Czech, DutchProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)Experience in working with clients and sales documentationKnowledge of domestic and export sales processesAbout UsArcelorMittal is the world's leading steel and mining company, with a presence in 60 countries and primary steelmaking facilities in 15 countries.
