We combine operational excellence with customer-centric innovation to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for global communication needs.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:Processing and coordinating orders for international numbering products (e.g., ITFS, UIFN, DID, CSIPT) with accuracy and customer focus.Managing and optimizing numbering inventory and stock to meet customer and business needs.Handling number porting requests efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.Supporting reporting and data tracking for numbering sales and operations.Managing administrative tasks related to customer requests and internal documentation.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and activation of numbers.Ensuring operational continuity and consistency across all numbering activities.Contributing to the improvement and maintenance of operational processes with a customer-first mindset.QualificationsExperience & Skills:Experience in administrative or operational roles, ideally in telecom or sales support.Strong organizational and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to work independently.Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus.Problem-solving mindset, team-oriented, and eager to learn.Personal Attributes:Customer Focus: Understanding and meeting the needs of clients and customers.Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively identifying issues and implementing solutions.Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with stakeholders.Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and market conditions.Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks.Team Collaboration: Working well with others to achieve common goals.What We OfferA dynamic and international work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid work options (Budapest or Prague office).
