🚀 We’re hiring: Customer Order & Delivery Specialist (German and English-speaking)📍 Remote from Poland🕒 Long-term engagement (initially 2 years, with possible extension/transition)Flint is looking for a detail-driven, proactive Customer Order & Delivery Specialist to join an international order management environment supporting EMEA operations. If you enjoy working across teams, keeping processes on track, and solving order-to-invoice puzzles—this one’s for you.What you’ll doExecute the defined order process and partner closely with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.Generate accurate and timely customer invoices for assigned accounts, including handling special invoicing provisions per contract.Review customer order documents for acceptance, ensuring all required paperwork is complete and aligned with order/revenue policies.Support resolution of outstanding A/R and collection topics related to your accounts.Read and analyze contract provisions impacting order processing and invoicing.Ensure purchase orders are correctly reflected in systems.Learn and operate order-related tools and systems (e.g., WOT, ERP, CFS, Invoice Engine, SOM, entitlement files, and others).Create and maintain customer order “jackets” with all required documentation.Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) within 5 business days.Troubleshoot order processing issues and provide excellent service to Sales teams.Handle sourcing tasks on time and align with expected shipment dates.Update SNOW tasks according to SLA/procedures (shipment data + documentation).Communicate proactively with stakeholders to execute shipments and billing on time.Coordinate issue-resolution to avoid delays in invoicing.Who you’ll work withYou’ll report to the EMEA TOMG Manager and collaborate across Sales, Delivery/Logistics, FLEX, and other operational stakeholders.
