Job SummaryThe Order Support Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the end-to-end order process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role involves handling customer inquiries, verifying order details, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving order-related issues to provide an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and validate customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.Review order details for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with company policies.Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as needed.Provide timely and professional support to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order transactions.Support billing and payment reconciliation activities when required
