Organisational Development Coordinator

Over the years, we have built a strong and diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting, and Heavy Machinery trading, providing innovative solutions for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.Role Scope;To enhance workforce performance and align employee capabilities with strategic goals across all subsidiaries of the Group.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement development programs that support organizational growth and employee engagement.Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps across departments.Design and manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisalsFacilitate change management initiatives and culture-building efforts.Coordinate leadership development, succession planning,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development strategies.Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business objectives.Develop and maintain HR dashboards and monthly reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment activity, training effectiveness, and engagement scores. Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field.3+ years of experience in organizational development.Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills.Familiarity with performance management systems and learning platforms.
