You will be a person who enjoys complex, multi-faceted organisational development projects that are practical, as well as behavioural and cultural. You will enjoy delivering in a fast paced environment and working with staff from all parts of the organisation. You will be an experience practitioner who works in a values based way with integrity and enthusiasm.The role will require a range of organisational development aspects from diagnostics, utilising data and analysis of multiple data sources. Staff engagement is a primary factor for all the work we do with our incredible staff. There maybe times when a project requires sensitive, confidential and highly skilled facilitation skills, as well as other behavioural based interventions. Governance, monitoring and evaluation of multiple work streams is also key to this role, as is excellent project management, and the ability to write succinct papers, and present at a range of trust forums.University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is one of the most complex NHS trusts in the UK, serving a large and diverse population.
