You will be a person who enjoys complex, multi-faceted organisational development projects that are practical, as well as behavioural and cultural. You will enjoy delivering in a fast paced environment and working with staff from all parts of the organisation. You will be an experience practitioner who works in a values based way with integrity and enthusiasm.The role will require a range of organisational development aspects from diagnostics, utilising data and analysis of multiple data sources. Staff engagement is a primary factor for all the work we do with our incredible staff. There maybe times when a project requires sensitive, confidential and highly skilled facilitation skills, as well as other behavioural based interventions.
