Job Description:Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark our compensation and benefits offerings against industry standardsDeveloping and administering fair and competitive pay structures, including base salaries, bonuses, and incentivesReviewing and updating our employee benefits package to ensure it remains attractive and aligned with employee needsProviding expert guidance and advice to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related mattersOverseeing the functioning of the Organizational Development, including performance management and organization structure.Overseeing the HR Operations function to ensure they are delivering the highest standard of HR operations, while providing consistent employee experience.Staying up-to-date with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practicesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR field preferably in the banking or financial services industry.Must have prior experience in a leadership position.Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant labor laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insightsDemonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful HR initiatives and programsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
