Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with at least 3 years focused on AI adoption, digital transformation, or intelligent automation. Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide change related to AI, data, or emerging technologies. Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or SAFe methodologies. As an Organizational Change Expert – AI Adoption, play a pivotal role in designing and executing a comprehensive change strategy to embed AI as a core capability across the enterprise. Develop and execute a holistic change management strategy that supports the organization’s AI-driven transformation. Define the change vision, narrative, and engagement tactics tailored to different business functions and audiences. Identify, engage, and align key stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to ensure shared ownership of the AI transformation. Build strong partnerships to drive collaboration and accountability at all levels. Create and deliver clear, transparent, and inspiring communication about AI adoption and its business value. Adapt messaging for different roles, levels, and communication channels. Promote a culture of curiosity, responsible innovation, and continuous learning. Encourage psychological safety and openness to experimenting with AI solutions. Support training initiatives that enhance understanding and trust in AI technologies. Collaborate with senior leaders through workshops and executive sessions to align vision, sponsorship, and behavioral modeling for AI adoption. Organize and facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and communities of practice to drive awareness, engagement, and peer learning. Establish feedback loops, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics to evaluate progress and refine strategies. Capture lessons learned and success stories to accelerate adoption across the organization. Act as a visible ambassador and trusted advocate for AI-enabled transformation. Facilitate inclusive, open discussions and encourage cross-team collaboration. Communicate with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. Inspire teams to embrace new ways of working and thinking. Exhibit integrity, creativity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Proven experience in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, ideally within technology or AI transformation programs. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong ability to navigate complex, global organizations and influence without direct authority. Skilled in designing and leading large group interventions, workshops, and engagement programs. Empathetic and trusted partner with strong organizational and analytical skills. Innovative thinker with a pragmatic approach to execution. Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
