Role 1: OCM Program DirectorRole 2: OCM Engagement ManagerType: Full-time Permanent RoleLocation: USA (Remote + Travel)QualificationsDemonstrated experience in leading major OCM transformational Initiatives with proven experience in leading large-scale change management programs in ERP & Cloud: SAP (S/4HANA), Oracle, Salesforce or Workday Practitioner level mastery & OCM Consulting Expertise: 12 years plus years work experience in OCM with customer facing consulting roles with big 4/Big 6 or top-tier consulting firmsAt least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Engagement partner level (or equivalent in OCM) with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing. Warehouse)Experience across different OCM delivery approaches for change management like agile, hybrid and waterfall in global, multi-vendor, multi-partner environmentsAt least eight (8) years' experience in OCM proposal and business case development Formal degree: MBA (Pref), a background in Consulting, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field with experience working across diverse industries Willingness to travel 100%Job DescriptionThe ES OCM practice's goal is to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization to achieve the required business resultsThe OCM (Organizational change management) engagement manager within the ESU OCM Consulting supports planned organizational change ensuring people readiness in changes in digital transformations focusing on ERP implementationsThe OCM Engagement Manager's focus would be on managing planned changes in business culture, processes, and systems to ensure that the transformation led by ESU is smooth and efficient, with the highest employee engagement for the change among the client's ecosystems.Accountable for the successful delivery of entire programs for transformation projects, across different delivery approaches like agile, hybrid and waterfall in global, multi-vendor, multi-partner environmentsBrings adaptable, empathetic, and results- driven approach. Adept at strong hands-on change management deliveryResponsibilities of RoleCapable of defining change strategies and leading seamless end to end OCM implementation plan for large transformational ERP greenfield /brownfield implementation & digital transformation. Responsible for the OCM execution of all transformational activities on one (or more) accounts End to end responsibility for the account relationships to ensure deadlines, goals, and overall objectives are met to the client's satisfactionOversees OCM overall delivery roadmaps & program level status, metrics, issues and risks. Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the change programResponsible for OCM deliverables: Organizational Readiness Assessment, Change Management Strategy Development, Stakeholder Engagement & Communication and Training for user adoptionConducts change readiness assessments and interpreting data using industry leading business analytics & data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau & others)Collaborate with the OCM Program Director (s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the program(s).Lead/Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
