ABOUT THE ROLEThe Organizational Development (OD) Manager plays a key role in shaping SHG’s culture and organizational growth by enhancing the company’s overall capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, systems, people, and culture — ensuring all areas work together toward one vision. This leader designs and implements programs that strengthen leadership, improve performance, and build a high-performing, values-driven organization.WHAT YOU'LL DOA. Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement OD strategies that drive business performance and organizational effectiveness.Build, design, and deliver key programs in Managerial Development, Talent Management, and Performance Planning.Set and measure OD KPIs to track progress and impact.B. Needs Assessment & Program DesignConduct organizational and skills assessments to identify development opportunities.Design and deliver programs in leadership, team development, culture, and change management.Collaborate with HR, department heads, and external partners in program creation and implementation.C. Change Management & Culture BuildingLead initiatives that promote a strong, engaged, and values-based culture.Drive internal communication, feedback, and engagement programs.Implement change frameworks that enable smooth organizational transitions.D. Coaching & Capability BuildingProvide coaching to managers and high-potential employees.Support career development, mentorship, and succession planning initiatives.E. Performance & Process ExcellenceManage the Performance Development Planning process, ensuring expectations and KPIs are clear and aligned.Evaluate the effectiveness of OD and training interventions using data and feedback.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Organizational Development (Master’s degree preferred).At least 5 years of experience in OD, HR, or change management — preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail.Proven track record in leading culture transformation and capability-building initiatives.Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities.Open to working onsite in Mandaluyong and traveling to stores as needed.
