About the RoleTo lead and develop the organization’s organizational excellence framework by implementing excellence models and international best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing overall organizational performance to support the achievement of strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organizational excellence strategy in alignment with the entity’s overall strategic direction.Lead organizational self-assessment processes in accordance with recognized excellence models, awards, and applicable standards.Lead and manage organizational excellence programs and initiatives to enhance organizational maturity and operational effectiveness.Conduct organizational excellence gap analysis against recognized excellence models and standards to identify improvement opportunities and support organizational development.Prepare and manage submission files for awards and excellence models such as (King Abdulaziz Quality Award, EFQM Model, and others), ensuring full compliance with all evaluation requirements and criteria.Monitor and follow up on improvement plans resulting from organizational assessments to ensure effective implementation and enhancement of strengths.Develop and monitor organizational performance indicators and analyze performance results.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and business process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency.Develop organizational policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation.Conduct benchmarking studies with leading organizations in the field of organizational excellence.Prepare periodic reports on organizational performance and present them to senior management.Promote a culture of organizational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.A master’s degree in management, Quality, or Organizational Excellence is preferred.ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in organizational excellence, quality management, or organizational development.Experience in implementing excellence models or managing organizational performance frameworks.Required SkillsStrategic planning and organizational performance management.Business process improvement and re-engineering.Data analysis and performance measurement.Program and initiative management.Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.Experience in implementing organizational excellence models such as EFQM or excellence frameworks.Ability to prepare and manage award submission files in accordance with organizational award requirements and evaluation criteria.Preferred CertificationsCertified Assessor – King Abdulaziz Quality Award (KAQA)EFQM AssessorISO Lead AuditorSix Sigma Certification
