The company’s enduring success is attributed to a passion for creativity, strong ethics, and the dedication of its people, who share a commitment to the company's vision of making a difference in people’s lives.Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an OSD Release & Stability Shift Senior Team Leader to join our Quality Control team at our premises in Sapes, Northern Greece.As an OSD Release & Stability Shift Senior Team Leader, the ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control testing primarily using analytical methods adhering to standard operating procedures and under GMPs coordinating the chemical lab team.RequirementsMore particularly:What You Will DoConduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials and in-process and finished formulations according to standard operating proceduresPerform biochemical and /or chemical analyses of productsCalibrate and maintain lab equipmentParticipate in the preparation of summaries and reportsReview data obtained for compliance to specifications and reports abnormalitiesRevise and update standard operating procedures, as neededAllocate work to the chemical lab analystsProvide on the job training to new team membersThe Ideal Candidate Should HaveMinimum a BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant fieldAt least 2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical environment/Quality controlExperience in a GMP or GLP environmentManagement experience requiredJob-Specific SkillsExcellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)Competent in laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution)Exceptional critical thinking skills, with an ability to evaluate systems and processes as part of continuous improvementStrong problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literacyAble to work in rotating shiftsBenefitsWhat you'll gain:Involvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic atmosphereExposure to challenging business issues and practicesGreat opportunity to leverage and develop your business knowledge and skillsJoin our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.
