Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars and coordinate across time zonesPrepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up tasksSupport cross-functional coordination to ensure follow-through on key initiativesCommunication ManagementMonitor and manage email, message, and task flow for both executivesDraft professional correspondence and follow-up communicationsTrack and follow up on outstanding deliverables from stakeholdersAdministrative AssistanceSchedule travel, appointments, and handle personal and business logisticsProcess payments and manage online accounts (e. g.
, Amazon, Instacart, vendor portals)Assist with events, reservations, and occasional family coordination tasksOperations & Project SupportTrack internal goals, OKRs, and tasks using Notion, Asana, or similar toolsAssist with documentation and streamlining of recurring workflowsBuild internal dashboards and weekly summaries for executive visibilityQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a remote capacityExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, and related toolsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain discretionAvailable from 10 am - 6 pm U. S.
