Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German speaking Outbound Sales Representative to join their team in Bulgaria.Position: Outbound Sales RepresentativeLocation: remote, BulgariaWork model: remoteEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: base salary + bonuses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Proactively contact existing clients to upsell new FinTech solutionsManage a high volume of calls (cold and warm) and emails as part of daily outreach activitiesMaintain and manage a sales pipeline of at least 200 active opportunities and/or up to 1,000 automated outreach opportunitiesProvide daily and weekly reporting to the Operations Team Leader on pipeline status and sales progressForecast weekly and monthly sales volumesConduct eCommerce research and self-prospecting when requiredHandle account administration, data entry and record keeping with accuracyMaintain data quality at all timesUse a consultative, solution-selling approach on all sales callsSupport clients with the integration of new payment solutions on their websitesAdhere to quality and compliance standards at all times.REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in German with good command in English (C1 level and higher)Call centre sales or customer-facing upselling experience is essentialStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyTarget-driven mindset with accountability for achieving resultsConfident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills (oral and written)Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAccess to a suitable remote working environment with a strong and stable broadband connection is essential.Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 07 PM.
