Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar)What It Takes to SucceedBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field3-5 years of outbound or inside sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding, preferably in the PH marketProven B2B cold calling experience with strong skills in rate negotiation and lead generationFamiliarity with U.S. trade lanes, cross-border logistics, or multi-market operations (PH, VN, LK, or SEA)Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a logistics environmentStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientationExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong phone presence and experience handling high call volumesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Effective listening, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyExperience with CRM tools; knowledge of CargoWise, Datamyne, or TradeMo is an advantageYour Day-to-Day ImpactHandle customer queries through email and verbal communicationGenerate leads and prepare client quotations based on specific requirementsObtain costings and provide accurate quotes with complete service detailsNegotiate rates with airlines, shipping liners, and haulersLiaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and overseas agentsManage end-to-end sales queries up to the booking point before turnover to operationsSupport by developing new business in international ocean and air freight forwarding and supply chain managementDevelop and maintain customer-specific business plans to exceed margin and volume goalsAnalyze and communicate market conditions and business trends to create strategies that enhance company profitabilityCollaborate with internal teams to design and implement business development strategies for new and existing customersPrepare performance reports and provide insights on customer trends and market impact factorsManage assigned business development programs to promote trade between specific countries or product linesAttend conferences and trade shows as directed by managementWelcome to Emapta Vietnam!Join a community that embraces the essence of togetherness, fostering excellence through shared camaraderie.
