The hotel offers a collection of exquisite destination dining and wellness experiences.About The JobAn opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the SAL team in Jumeirah Burj Al Arab.The main duties and responsibilities of this role:Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and delivery of exceptional guest service.Foster strong guest relations by reviewing feedback regularly and ensuring team adherence to professional grooming and service standards.Drive consistent implementation of service standards, taking corrective action where necessary to maintain excellence.Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, and recommend and implement effective improvements.Lead team development through structured training, coaching, and performance management to achieve departmental objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, promotional activities, and long-term plans to enhance outlet positioning and profitability.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a fine-dining standalone/branded restaurant or beach club.Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language.Strong financial acumen, with proven skills in budgeting, cost control, and driving profitability.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-cultural team in a fast-paced environment.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
