We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Dubai office. This role will serve as a key member of our Operations team, responsible for administrative and back-office functions, supporting client on boarding, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating smooth internal processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Dubai office operates seamlessly and professionally, aligned with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements. We combine deep industry knowledge with technical expertise to deliver tailored investment solutions and exceptional client service, helping individuals and institutions achieve their long-term financial goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES•Oversee and manage administrative tasks related to client on boarding, account maintenance, and internal workflows.•Perform thorough KYC/AML checks and ensure complete client documentation in line with regulatory requirements.•Process and monitor daily transactions including bank wires, internal fund transfers, and payment verification.•Handle internal and external correspondence in a timely and professional manner.•Maintain and update client records and corporate files accurately and securely.•Collaborate with the Finance and Compliance teams to resolve transaction issues,documentation gaps, or data irregularities.•Support the Operations team in preparing internal reports and audit trails for regulatory or management review.•Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the documentation of new procedures and workflows.•Act as the primary liaison for logistical and administrative support within the Dubai office.•Provide support during internal/external audits or regulatory reviews.•Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office supply management.•Escalate technical or client-related matters promptly to the relevant internal stakeholders.KEY PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in back-office operations, client on boarding, or administrative support within financial services.
