Set above the celebrated golden sands of Playa Grande, the resort offers unparalleled access to water sports and back-to-nature experiences, infused with the spice and flavour of Dominican life.RoleThe Outlet Manager, working under the direction of the Assistant Food and Beverage manager will primarily be responsible for ensuring outstanding day-to-day operations of the respective dining outlet, as well as completing administrative tasks for the department. This will involve developing a high-performance team that is guests focused, and service driven. The Outlet Manager will be always the key contact person in the outlet assigned for guests and team members. The Outlet Manager maintains facilities and high standards of cleanliness and ensures company culture and vision are exercised while providing excellent guest satisfaction and promoting teamwork.ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily floor presence, lead team briefings, resolve guest issues promptly, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and service across all outlets.Conduct training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; foster a collaborative and professional team culture aligned with the company standards and values.Monitor stock levels, conduct inventories, manage requisitions, and support cost control while driving sales and up-selling initiatives.Organize and deliver unique guest experiences (e.g., Rum Tastings, Crudo Bar), coordinate with departments for special events, and ensure seamless execution of private dining.Contribute to menu development, beverage program design, and strategic projects (e.g., Lounge Bar, Cigar & Rum Lounge), while consistently reviewing procedures to enhance quality and efficiencyRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings and specialty cocktails. Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and verbal is essential. Ability to maintain productive and positive relationships with all personnel/ guests.Experienced in using Micros system. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide a personalized guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. High standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns with tact and efficiency.
