From supporting consultants and patients to ensuring clinics run smoothly, you will play a vital part in delivering healthcare at its best.This is a varied, people-focused role where you’ll be empowered to go above and beyond to create a memorable experience for every patient you meet.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional front-of-house service across Outreach Clinics, Main Reception, OPD, the Call Centre and other departments, ensuring every patient and visitor receives a warm, professional welcome.Coordinate patient appointments and medical records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and efficient communication between teams.Work closely with consultants and liaison teams to support clinic operations across all Outreach sites.Handle patient queries and high-volume phone calls with confidence, clarity and compassion.Provide flexible administrative support, stepping into different reception and admin areas as needed to maintain seamless service.EssentialWho we are looking for:Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise, stay organised and remain calm under pressure.Previous administrative experience and confidence working both independently and as part of a busy team.Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.DesirableExperience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.A secretarial qualification or knowledge of medical terminology.Why KIMS Hospital?At KIMS Hospital we understand our people are our biggest asset and as such we are focused on ensuring they feel happy and valued both in and out of the workplace.
