The role involves fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and communities. Key responsibilities include conducting community outreach initiatives, preparing and delivering impactful presentations, managing client interactions to ensure excellent customer service, and actively participating in efforts to enhance engagement with relevant communities.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilitiesExperience in Customer Service and delivering outstanding client interactionsProficiency in organizing and executing Community Outreach activitiesExpertise in developing and delivering engaging PresentationsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsBachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with social media platforms and community-building tools is a plus
