Under new ownership since late 2024, the company continues to honor its tradition of exceptional quality and personalized service.In addition to its studio operations, Digital Photo Graphix & Printing is the official publisher of two major community publications: The Casta Courier, the monthly newsletter delivered to all 1,927 homes in Casta del Sol, and the Casta del Sol Homeowner’s Directory, an annual publication featuring trusted local service providers. These highly regarded publications give local businesses a direct way to reach a loyal and engaged residential community, making advertising services a growing and vital part of our business. Role DescriptionThis is a temporary remote role for an Outside Sales Representative specializing in advertising sales for the Casta Courier and the Casta del Sol Homeowner’s Directory. The primary responsibility is to generate new advertising revenue by promoting our print and digital advertising options to local businesses, service providers, and community-focused organizations.Key responsibilities include:Prospecting and identifying potential advertisers across Orange CountyConducting outreach via phone, email, or in-person visitsPresenting advertising packages and placement optionsMaintaining regular communication with existing and past advertisersManaging an active sales pipeline and consistently following up on leadsWorking closely with the publisher to meet or exceed monthly sales goalsProviding exceptional customer care to ensure advertisers feel supported and valued throughout the entire placement processThis role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident, and passionate about helping local businesses grow through community-based advertising. QualificationsProven ability to conduct effective sales presentations and communicate clearly with prospective and existing advertisersStrong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service and long-term client satisfactionExperience in new business development, lead generation, or advertising/media sales strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and goal-driven, able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environmentPrior experience in publishing, advertising, printing, or media is a plusAbility to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines in a fast-paced sales environmentProfessional, positive, and community-focused mindset
