该职位来源于猎聘 Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Overseas Sales Manager to spearhead our market expansion and revenue growth across emerging markets in Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the regional sales strategy, building a robust logistics network, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader, adept at both commercial growth and strategic supply chain management, with a proven track record in the logistics industry. Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Planning: (1)Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and annual business plan for Southeast Asia markets with special focus on Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia, etc (2)Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. (3)Define, set, and cascade regional sales targets (KPI/OKRs) to country teams.Team Management & Development: (1)Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers across Southeast Asia countries. (2)Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. (3)Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.Sales Execution & Key Account Management: (1)Oversee the regional sales pipeline and ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets. (2)Guide and support the team in major negotiations and personally engage in strategic key account relationships. (3)Drive the successful closure of high-value, complex deals to secure market leadership.Establishment and Maintenance of Relationships between ZIM Shipping and Overseas Partners: (1)Proactively establish, develop, and strengthen strategic-level relationships with key partners, with a primary focus on ZIM Shipping and other critical overseas carriers and vendors. (2)Lead high-level negotiations, manage long-term contracts, and secure competitive rates and guaranteed capacity with partners. Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate service levels, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement in the partnership.Cross-functional Collaboration: (1)Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Operations and Sales departments to align strategies and ensure operational excellence. (2)Act as the voice of the Southeast Asian market, providing critical feedback to inform product development and business strategy. Requirements:Education & Experience: (1)Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field. (2)5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, directly managing an overseas sales team as an advantage. (3)Proven track record and in-depth market knowledge in trade lane and overseas market development. Overseas sales experience, particularly in regions such as Southeast Asia, is considered an advantage.Knowledge & Skills: (1)Strong ability to develop long-term account strategies and execution plans. (2)Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with senior client management and internal stakeholders. (3)Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, cross-culture, matrix environment. (4)Strong financial and process analytical skills. (5)Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in the local language or Chinese is preferred, and fluency in all above languages will be a significant advantage.Personal Attributes: (1)Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategy and inspire a cross-cultural team.
