As an integral member of Daimler, accounting for approximately 40% of Daimler's sales, we deliver the highest quality trucks and buses to over 170 markets and realize innovative vehicle manufacturing.[Job Description] Shortening stock-out time by expediting open orders, organizing emergency orders and find other solutions to cut waiting time for customers Determining estimated time of arrival for stock-out parts and identifying root cause and countermeasures for long aging backorder parts Communication with external (e.g. suppliers, logistics providers) and internal stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Engineering, IT) Master Data Maintenance, Parts Replacement Management and Safety Stock Maintenance Demand Planning: Monitoring and adjusting forecasts to optimize order quantities Leading projects related to automating processes and improving system efficiency Organization of meetings with int./ext. stakeholders to improve business relationship and parts supply[Attractive Points]Global Environment: You will collaborate with business partners around the world on a daily basis and utilize the Daimler Truck Group's extensive network to carry out your work.Impact: Your planning directly impacts the supply of commercial vehicles that support the global flow of goods.Driving Digital Transformation: Going beyond simple supply and demand adjustments, you will also be deeply involved in the digital transformation (DX) of the supply chain, utilizing tools such as SAP and Power BI.[Department Introduction]Customer Services Parts Logistics Fuso is the responsible department for the domestic and global distribution of spare parts.It is a highly complex but hands on department where every decision has an impact on customers and the business.The CS Supplier Management Import Team consists of 7 members which are responsible for ensuring the parts availability of import parts in Mitsubishi Fuso Aftersales. This includes planning (e.g. forecasting, safety stock setting) and execution (e.g. ordering) but most importantly also trouble-shooting (eg. organzing of emergency air freight) and root cause analysis in case of stock-outs.
