This role combines people leadership, process excellence, and stakeholder collaboration – perfect for someone who enjoys making an impact across people, processes, and performance.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the team – manage P2P Leads and Junior Managers, support team growth, training, and knowledge sharing.Oversee end-to-end P2P processes – from purchasing and invoices to travel & expenses and payments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality.Drive process improvements – monitor KPIs/SLAs, lead automation and standardization initiatives, and implement best practices.Ensure compliance and controls – safeguard processes against risks, support audits, and strengthen internal controls.Build strong partnerships – work closely with Local Finance, Procurement, Controlling, and auditors; manage escalations effectively.Deliver reporting & projects – oversee month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to local and global projects.QualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.5+ years of managerial experience, including leading teams of 10+ people.Solid background in P2P/Finance operations and understanding of accounting practices and regulations.Proven track record in process improvements, change management and projects.Strong leadership and coaching skills – ability to develop, motivate and guide your team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.Fluent English (both written and spoken).Nice to haveExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP systems.Knowledge of additional languages.Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).Strong interest in process standardisation and automation.Additional InformationOur Offer:variety of development opportunities in an international working environment in a rapidly growing company from the SSC sectorcontract of employment Work in a hybrid model from our office in Katowice, approximately 4 times per month.full initial training and constant support from the most experienced workers on every step of your career pathpackage of additional benefits: co-financing of the Medicover Sport card, Medicover private medical care, group insurance, access to Medicover Benefits cafeteria platform, co-financing of foreign language courses, funding for training and courses, various charity initiatives, Employee Referral Program, Employee Initiatives ProgramEmployee dedicated parking spacesDziałając na podstawie art. 24 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 czerwca 2024 r. o ochronie sygnalistów (Dz.
