We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PA & Office Manager to support our Co-CEO and manage daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations while directly supporting executive leadership.Employment Type: Part-time (80% position)Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PMLocation: Herzliya (not hybrid)Reports to: Co-CEOKey ResponsibilitiesManage Co-CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsPrepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsCoordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparationOversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflowManage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsCoordinate office maintenance and facility-related issuesHandle administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entryCoordinate workplace wellness initiativesManage employee amenities and comfort (kitchen supplies, common areas, parking lot, etc.)Required QualificationsMinimum 2-4 years of experience in office management and Executive assistanceExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Fluent English
