Are you a bridge-builder who can translate complex business needs into powerful technological solutions? We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to drive the successful configuration and deployment of our clients D365 platform.This is a 12- month contract in Saudi ArabiaThis is a critical, client-facing role that requires a blend of deep system knowledge and strong business acumen.The Opportunity: Shaping Business SolutionsYou will be responsible for the end-to-end consulting lifecycle, ensuring that our Dynamics 365 CE environment is perfectly aligned with key business processes across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Definition: Lead sessions to document and analyze customer-specific business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.Solution Design: Participate in solution design sessions, creating detailed Functional Design Documents to guide subsequent technical development and configuration.System Configuration: Configure and customize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application across core modules (Field Service, Project Service, and Sales) to realize the approved design.Feature Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the systems out-of-the-box features and propose customized solutions where necessary.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and testers throughout the entire project lifecycle, including system validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Add-Ons & Ecosystem: Maintain familiarity with specialized add-ons, such as Unified Service Desk (USD), to enhance solution capabilities.Your Profile and ExpertiseConsulting Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Package Consultant implementing large-scale CRM/ERP systems.D365 Expertise: In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), particularly in Field Service, Project Service Automation, and Sales.Documentation Skills: Exceptional ability to document business requirements and produce high-quality Functional Design Documents.Business Process Acumen: Solid understanding of core business processes within sales, service, and project delivery environments.
