Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolioYour Role And Responsibilities Provide end-to-end consulting services for SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) and QM (Quality Management) modules Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and design SAP-based solutions aligned with business needs. Configure and customize SAP QM functionalities including inspection planning, results recording, quality notifications, and integration with PP, MM, and WM modules. Support implementation, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and end-user training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes in the supply chain. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and provide post-implementation support. Prepare functional specifications for developments and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis). Participate in continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives.Required Technical And Professional Expertise Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP QM or SCM Consultant. Strong understanding of SAP QM processes (inspection lots, results recording, quality notifications, calibration, batch management, etc.). Experience in system configuration, integration testing, and user support. Knowledge of integration between QM and other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM).Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceHiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
