Package Creation & Update Specialist w. German

Workplace: 550025, SibiuApply online!What to expect:Create new PPSO packages including all required work items, parts, fluids, and technical delimitations (e.g., model code, engine code, PR numbers, model year).Ensure each package has a unique five-digit ID and is correctly categorized under the appropriate KDNR.Analyze source information (from Trade 1-Analysis) to support accurate package creation.Update existing packages to reflect changes in manufacturer specifications, such as: New or discontinued part numbers, Modified work items, Updated repair instructions, Model or equipment changes.Collaborate with brand-specific teams to align with master package lists and ensure consistency across models and markets.What you bring along:German language required, English language is a plus.Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and brands .Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and wear components.Experience with technical documentation and service package creation.Familiarity with vehicle delimitations and configuration codes (e.g., MKB, GKB, PRNR).Proficiency in using systems like ElsaPro/Elsa2Go, ETKA, and PET.Ability to interpret and apply manufacturer specifications and repair guidelines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Capable of managing multiple package creation and update tasks independently.We are Bertrandt: an independent, international development service provider with long years of automotive expertise.We create technological solutions for our customers at any stage of the product development process with a focus on hot topics such as digitalization, e-mobility and autonomous systems, largely for the automotive, aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors.Our goal: accelerating technological progress.
