Reporting to the Manager, Packaging Development and Optimization, the Packaging Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate packaging documentation and data, supporting packaging development and sustainability initiatives, and ensuring timely, high-quality information flow across internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain co-pack documentation following approvalsCommunicate approved packaging changes to internal teams and third-party logistics partnersMaintain pallet patterns, case configurations, and packaging specifications within the Bill of MaterialsValidate and enter packaging data into the enterprise resource planning system to support stewardship reportingAssist with semi-annual non-financial reporting and packaging audits in partnership with the Packaging and Sustainability ManagerEnter, track, and maintain artwork and specification records in Esko WebCenterCollect technical inputs from suppliers to ensure complete and accurate data setsDocument packaging operating procedures and process flows to support training and consistencySupport packaging development projects and productivity initiatives from brief to implementationMonitor timelines, flag risks, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet launch datesAnalyze packaging data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for standardizationPrepare clear status updates and presentation materials for stakeholdersSupport research and validation of more sustainable packaging materials and formatsCoordinate trial readiness, data setup, and post-launch updates for new product introductionsQualificationsUniversity or college degree in Packaging, Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldOne to two years of experience in packaging or data-focused roles within a consumer goods environmentKnowledge of packaging materials, formats, and converting processesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Word, and presentation toolsExperience with palletization software considered an assetExperience with Esko WebCenter or other artwork and specification platforms considered an assetExperience with enterprise resource planning systems considered an assetStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets and maintain version controlAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesClear and professional communication skills with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partnersWhy Lindt Canada?
