该职位来源于猎聘 We are currently seeking a talented and creative Brand Packaging and E-commerce Visual Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing visually stunning and impactful designs for our brand packaging and e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities:Create innovative and compelling packaging designs that align with our brand identity and target audience.Develop visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional designs.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand packaging and e-commerce design, and apply them effectively to our projects.Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions and ensure designs are aligned with market demands and consumer preferences.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.At least 4 years above Proven experience in brand packaging design and e-commerce visual design. Prefer candidates who have experience on luxury/fashion/beauty related categories design experience.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
