Packaging Designer Supervisor

We are a human-centric environment, driven by the purpose of enhancing quality of life through our products.As a Packaging Designer Supervisor, You WillSupervise and guide the packaging design team through concept development, 3D visualization, and final artwork preparation.Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with product specifications.Review dielines, prototypes, and final artwork to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.Oversee sampling, vendor communication, and color proofing to maintain production quality.Conduct market and trend research on materials, sustainability, and visual design innovations.Manage project timelines, team workload, and deliverables to meet business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years in packaging design, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud & keyline packaging.Strong understanding of packaging structure, dielines, and printing processes (offset, flexo, digital, etc.).Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
