Therefore, we want to attract and develop talented people with a global mindset, cultural understanding, and international experience, while striving to provide a working environment which amplifies diversity and inclusion.During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position: Packaging Leader based in SindosWhat You Will Be DoingThe position reports to the Packaging Manager and will be responsible for providing effective management and supervision to the Packaging operation to support company’s strategic goals and objectives.Supervise Packaging operation in Can Line to ensure high quality and effective productionManage the department KPIsEnsure compliance with HSE, food safety, hygiene and legal requirementsEnsure standardised problem-solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day problemsDevelop direct reports to ensure thorough understanding of packaging technology and effective process controlWhat we are looking for:University Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. MSc will be considered as an assetAt least 3 years of experience in production preferably in Food & Beverage Industry aτ supervisory levelLean experience will be considered as an assetFluency in Greek & Proficient in EnglishMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)SAP knowledge will be considered as an assetStrong analytical and organizational skillsStructured personality distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilitiesWhat You Can Expect From UsWe foster an open communication and feedback culture in order to deal with our daily challenges.
