You ensure the packaging line runs smoothly and that products reach customers worldwide in top quality. You work carefully and have an eye for the entire process.What you will doSet up and adjust production lines for the correct production orders.Supervise the packaging line and solve minor issues independently.Replenish materials to keep the line running and prevent downtime.Perform routine quality checks and report any deviations immediately.Contribute ideas for improvements and work closely with fellow operators.Work in a fixed 3-shift system:Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00Wat we je biedenHourly wage between €17.99 and €18.96, plus 20% shift allowance on every worked hour.Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.Internal training and growth opportunities; eventually you will be trained as an all-round packaging operator.Fresh meals daily in our company canteen.Functie-eisenExperience as an operator, preferably as a packaging operator or within the food industry.
