Job Description
Receive chemical deliveries from DiverseyDrive a forklift (only if you have been trained)Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to TechniciansTransfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signageChemical containment & storage areas to be kept clean and free of spillages and dirtObserve dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to TechnicianDaily Stock Taking Report For All ChemicalsFill in EBI reportsFill in Stock allocation report correctlyFill in schedules from the line daily and submit to PlannersWalk the lines and inspect for issues, downtime, spraying pattern of nozzles and leaksRemove and clean blocked nozzlesCheck salt tank if there is salt present.Top up if requiredCheck water hardness and record resultsBe on the Line when the Line startsup during maintenancePerform COF/drag TestPerform 100 bottle countPerform Methylene Blue Testing in conjunction with ABINBEV for verificationCleaning of CIP Tanks (Provided tanks are empty)
