Supports smooth production flow and warehouse coordination.Role & ResponsibilitiesPackage finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality specifications.Accurately label products, maintain packaging logs, and ensure traceability.Coordinate with assembly operators to ensure smooth transition of finished goods into packaging.Support warehouse team in material supply, finished goods movement, and inventory tracking.Prepare products for shipment and maintain proper packaging material stock.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance of the packaging area per 5S and EHS standards.Report any product discrepancies, material shortages, or equipment issues to the Production Supervisor.Skills & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in packaging, warehouse, or production environments.Attention to detail, good record-keeping, and time management skills.Basic understanding of packaging standards, material handling, and EHS compliance.Level 3 vocational/technical certificate preferred.Benefits & Culture HighlightsComprehensive health insurance.Fast-paced environment fostering technical skills development and career growth.Opportunity to work at the forefront of African manufacturing excellence.Supportive team culture promoting work-life balance.Skills: time management,quality checks,teamwork,data management,process improvement
