Based in Auckland, with travel to production sites during key project phases, you’ll play a key role in how this world-class product reaches global markets. This is your chance to work at the intersection of innovation, food technology, and environmental impact — driving packaging solutions that reflect a premium brand and a planet-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead packaging development projects from concept through to commercialisation.Research, test, and implement sustainable packaging materials and formats.Ensure all packaging meets international food packaging standards and regulations (EU, US, Asia, etc.).Collaborate with design, operations, and suppliers to deliver functional and visually premium outcomes.Identify cost and waste reduction opportunities across packaging systems.Support continuous improvement in packaging processes and compliance.What’s In It For YouAn experienced Packaging Technologist with a tertiary qualification in Food Technology (or similar) you will have experience working in a technical role in a manufacturing environment.
