PURPOSE OF THE JOBDrafting of (building) plans for the construction of stores and design/create e. g. store layout, lighting and ceiling plans, elevations with the purpose of realising both a clear, efficient, user-friendly and appealing store construction that complies with all relevant legislation and regulations and offers optimal support to implementing the design. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY1. DrawingMeasure stores and register results of measurements carried out. Draft (building) plans for the construction of stores, in addition to designing e. g. lighting and ceiling plans.
Maintain and expand contacts with an external architectural design office, if necessary provide the latter with the proper information in a timely manner to ensure a high quality end product. Draw up the first draft design/layout for the construction of new Action stores, so that the level-1 technical designer can use it to draw up the definitive plan for the store. 2. AdministrativeManage and archive drawings and other relevant information available in the systems. Request and fill out the occupancy notification at the relevant public authority/authorities (e. g. Municipality/Fire Department). 3.
Effectivity/EfficiencyProvide input and recommend improvements from daily practice, with respect to processes, procedures, working methods and systems within the department. REQUIREMENTS: Strong knowledge and experience with AutoCADFluent in Croatian and EnglishAble to go to the office 5 days a week in ZagrebGood understanding of Construction
