With a strong emphasis on collaboration, Polychrome is recognized for delivering value to founders, employees, and investors alike.Role DescriptionPolychrome is looking for an exceptional Paid Analytics Marketer – with experience with PPC, SEM and paid social media marketing – to be the first paid marketing specialist in our expanding portfolio of growing businesses.This is an exciting opportunity for a paid marketing professional, with a strong analytics background, looking to join a new team at the ground floor. In this role, you’ll learn new skills, exhibit existing ones and experience a varied working week where you get to promote different brands that you’re actually bought into. You’ll experience all the variety of agency work, but with the authority to make real change.This role is located in Amsterdam (Hybrid), but with scope to hire in a European timezone one hour either side (Remote).We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Paid Analytics Marketer to manage paid social, paid search and explore new paid channel opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong data analytics background, with plenty of experience managing budgets and reporting on in-depth paid channel insights.QualificationsAt least five years managing paid media campaigns on both search and social media platformsDemonstrable success growing paid channels for a B2B/SaaS company and/or start-up/scale-upA skilled user of paid platform tools, including but not limited to Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, such as Meta Ads and Reddit AdsAble to write and understand SQL to build reports (Python and R are nice to haves)Experience using data analysis tools, such as Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, etc.Has tracked setup to measure attribution and maintain ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPL ratiosAble to recommend budget changes based on paid performanceA skilled user of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other platform-specific analytics toolsExperience using website analytics tools like Hotjar and OptimizelyA confident multitasker and project managerThe ideal candidate will:Have a constant desire to challenge the status quo and solve problemsInstigate every decision with the question, "What's best for the business?"Be a completionist with a constant hunger for what’s next and newHave the ability to move fast and execute, while juggling responsibilitiesBe tech-forward and obsessed with finding the best solutionWant to learn continuously and implement those learningsBe willing to argue their point and bring their beliefs to the table, without egoHave a true passion for making a measurable impactBe an expert who’s able to translate their skillset to problems outside their expertise
