As Kiiwi’s Paid Creative Strategist / Media Buyer, you’ll bridge creativity and analytics — managing paid campaigns, testing content, and turning insights into strategy. You’ll work closely with the social and creative team to drive local awareness, community growth, and merchant sign-ups.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google AdsContribute to paid strategy and creative direction aligned with Kiiwi’s brand voiceBuild and optimize campaigns, audiences, and placementsTest hooks, thumbnails, and ad formats to identify top-performing creativesMonitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, conversion rates)Deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendationsCollaborate with creators and content teams to produce scroll-stopping ad assetsStay current on trends, platform updates, and creative best practicesYou’re a Great Fit If You Have:2.5+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok (Google Ads a plus)Proven track record improving performance through creative testingComfort reporting on and interpreting campaign dataExperience building ads that feel organic, authentic, and platform-nativeStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyA mix of creative intuition and data-driven precisionNice to HaveStartup or early-stage brand experienceExperience working with local businesses or community-based platformsFamiliarity with UGC and influencer-led campaignsWhy Join KiiwiYou’ll be joining a fast-moving team building something special for the SoCal community.
