Block LLP is a law firm looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who wants to learn the basics of marketing and office operations while contributing to meaningful work that helps our community.You’ll assist with day-to-day marketing tasks such as preparing mailers, organizing outreach materials, printing, and light data entry. If you’re reliable, organized, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to start your marketing career.What You’ll Do:Assist with preparing, labeling, and mailing marketing materials.Print, assemble, and organize documents, envelopes, and flyers.Help with data entry, lead tracking, and record updates.Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other tools to organize information.Support the team with outbound marketing tasks and office coordination.Keep marketing supplies stocked and organized.Occasionally help with events, outreach, or follow-up calls as needed.Compensation$18.00 - $22.00 per hourRequirements:Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.Organized and able to manage simple repetitive tasks accurately.Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).Experience with Mail Merge, printing, or mail handling is a plus.Good written and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.Why Work With Us:At Block LLP, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your work directly helps our marketing efforts reach the community.
