Paid Media Account Manager Vacancy | Hybrid/London (2 Office Days Per Week) | £35k - £42k + BenefitsAbout The Company:This is a rare chance to join a growing independent agency that’s making a real impact in the Paid Media space.With a specialist focus on platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon, the team partners with clients across eCommerce, retail, FMCG, travel, and more.You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns while building strong client relationships.The agency offers clear paths for career development and the chance to play a central role in strategic planning and team mentorship.Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns in line with client briefs and performance objectives.Optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA and ROAS, while troubleshooting and fine-tuning where needed.Lead client communication, including regular calls and meetings, providing insight and strategic recommendations.Support and mentor junior team members, delegating tasks and contributing to their technical development.Collaborate with the Director on strategic planning and participate in review sessions to evolve campaign strategy.Essential Experience:2 - 3 years of hands-on experience across both Paid Search and Paid Social, ideally within an agency setting.Strong eCommerce experience, with a focus on direct response and conversion-led campaigns.Confident communicator with a proactive, client-first approach to campaign delivery and servicing.Comfortable managing catalogue campaigns and performance metrics such as CPA and ROAS.Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members while maintaining high operational standards.Salary: £35,000 - £42,000
