Senior Paid Media Specialist – eCommerce & Performance MarketingLocation:Hybrid (CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina). Occasional international travel.Industry:eCommerce, Performance Marketing, MarTech & Global EventsAbout SMILESMILE is an international agency headquartered in Miami, Buenos Aires, and Mexico, specializing in performance marketing, MarTech, audiovisual production, and high-impact corporate events.We work with Tier 1 clients across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe, managing digital campaigns and global activations.We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist – eCommerce & Performance Marketing with strategic vision, advanced English skills, and a data-driven mindset to scale large-scale multichannel campaigns and drive measurable business impact for our enterprise clients.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize full-funnel Paid Media strategies focused on conversions, ROI, and revenue growth across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Retail Media.Manage complex product feeds and catalogs in Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager for large SKU volumes.Develop advanced remarketing, predictive audiences, and lookalike strategies.Oversee large-scale, multi-currency, and multi-geo budgets, ensuring pacing, forecasting, and efficient ad spend.Measure and report results using GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and advanced dashboards, linking performance metrics to revenue and strategic KPIs.Present strategies and results to international clients (C-level) in both English and Spanish.Collaborate with internal Events, Creative, and MarTech teams to deliver integrated campaigns (e.g., awareness for Summits or F1 activations).Lead structured testing and innovation initiatives (A/B, incrementality tests, programmatic, AI).Mentor junior team members, ensuring quality standards and continuous growth.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in Paid Media with a strong focus on eCommerce and performance marketing, managing enterprise-level or large-scale eCommerce accounts.Proven track record running global campaigns with high budgets on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Shopping.Strong knowledge of multichannel attribution, advanced conversion tracking, and digital analytics.Advanced English (spoken and written) to work with global clients.A strategic, analytical, proactive, and results-driven profile, with leadership and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have (Plus)Experience in Retail Media (Amazon, Mercado Ads, Walmart Connect, Criteo).Knowledge of server-side tracking, conversion APIs, and data privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA).CRM and omnichannel strategies (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).Previous agency experience managing multiple international accounts.Familiarity with automation, AI-driven optimization, and campaign scripting.What We OfferHybrid work model with flexibility and work-life balance.International projects with Tier 1 brands and global activations (U.S., LATAM, Europe, Asia).A dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture.Direct exposure to C-level stakeholders from global clients.Opportunity to contribute to the development of SMILE’s own MarTech solutions powered by AI.Fast-track international career growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package. Why Join SMILEBe part of an agile, results-driven team.Lead large-scale digital campaigns and global activations.Grow in an environment that combines performance, creativity, technology, and international events.
