By handling the process entirely online, they help customers make cars, motorcycles, RVs, and even off-road vehicles street legal—delivering plates and documents quickly, without the hassle of the DMV.✍ Short Description:We’re seeking an Paid Media Manager to own all online advertising across Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok. This role sets channel strategy and budgets, launches and optimizes campaigns, drives testing (audiences/creative/bids/LPs), and delivers clear insights against CAC/CPA/ROAS targets. You’ll ensure tracking and attribution are solid, maintain pacing and quality, and partner cross-functionally to hit growth goals.🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST😀 Start Date: ASAP💰 Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary in USDRemote-first flexibility. Work from anywhere.A monthly flexible benefits budget, in addition to your salary.PTO and paid U.S. holidays💼 Responsibilities:Own the paid media mix (Google/Bing Search & Shopping, Meta, TikTok) from planning to optimization and scaling.Build media plans, set forecasts and KPIs (CAC/CPA/ROAS), allocate and pace budgets across channels.Execute rigorous testing: audiences, creatives, bidding, and landing-page/CRO collaboration to improve CTR, CVR, and Quality Score.Ensure measurement & attribution: GA4, GTM, pixels/conversions, UTMs; validate tracking and reporting hygiene.Deliver weekly performance updates and insights; create QBRs with clear recommendations and roadmaps.Uphold account structure, naming conventions, exclusions/negatives, brand safety, and policy compliance.Partner with creative, web/UX, analytics, and account teams to align campaigns with business objectives.💡 Qualifications:3+ years managing high-performance campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and TikTok (multi-account or multi-brand).Proven record hitting ROAS/CAC/CPA targets while owning significant monthly ad spend.Hands-on expertise in keyword/feed management, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and funnel mapping.Analytics stack: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio/Data Studio, strong UTM discipline; comfortable with attribution nuances post-iOS.Excellent stakeholder communication (C1+ English) and crisp reporting/insights.📩 If you meet the experience outlined above, we’d love to hear from you.
