About this Position As a Pricing & Product Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting pricing strategies and driving profitability across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and ensure effective price execution.What You´ll Do Conduct detailed pricing analysis to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. Analyze price impact and margin performance to support regional pricing strategies. Monitor margin control by identifying pricing trends, cost changes, and discounting patterns. Support the execution of pricing processes aligned with business goals and policies. Collaborate with the Central Pricing Team to develop and implement pricing tools, dashboards, and models. Deliver insights to guide pricing decisions across regional product lines. Track governance elements such as discounts, rebates, and surcharges to ensure compliance. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders regionally and globally. Generate regular and ad hoc reports to measure pricing performance. Collect and interpret market data to inform pricing strategy and competitive positioning. Provide global analysis and benchmarking to identify best practices, pricing gaps, and harmonization opportunities across regions. What makes you a good fit Minimum 3–4 years of experience in pricing, controlling, or a related field. Strong skills in SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (including Macros). Academic background in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or MBA is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. English is mandatory.
