Job Description
The Paid Media Specialist will own paid media execution and optimization across Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads, ensuring profitable growth and continuous ROAS improvement.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Remarketing.Manage Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), including bids, profiles, and review strategies.Oversee Meta Ads campaigns aligned with the acquisition funnel.Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and lead volume.Conduct structured A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.Collaborate with the design team on creative refreshes such as banners and visual assets.Continuously improve key metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROAS.Prepare and deliver weekly paid media performance reports with actionable recommendations.Track and analyze cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, and lead quality.Required Experience3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $50K+ per month.Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.Practical experience with Google LSAs and Meta Ads Manager.Proven record of improving ROAS and reducing CPL.Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and reporting tools like Data Studio or Looker.Skilled in A/B testing frameworks and interpreting performance results.Success MetricsAchieve ≥15% improvement in ROAS within 90 days.Reduce CPL across top geographic markets.Launch at least two new creative/test variants per month.Deliver CTR and conversion rates exceeding industry benchmarks.
