This is your opportunity to join a performance-driven media team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.The OpportunityYou’ll take the reins of paid media performance for one of Australia’s top retail advertisers , leading full-funnel campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging digital platforms.If you love building scalable media ecosystems, thrive on testing and optimisation, and want to see your work directly influence business outcomes, this role is built for you.What You’ll DoYou’ll plan, build, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns designed to convert awareness into measurable results.Manage end-to-end Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.Execute audience-led strategies that integrate search intent with social storytelling to maximise ROI.Leverage automation, data signals, and creative testing to continuously improve performance.Build campaign structures that align with client objectives , whether that’s driving sales, traffic, or retention.Collaborate closely with creative, data, and strategy teams to align media execution with broader brand goals.Analyse results through GA4, Meta Insights, and Looker Studio to produce clear, actionable insights.Experience RequiredWe’re looking for a paid media professional who’s as comfortable optimising CPCs as they are analysing creative performance.2–4 years’ hands-on experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns (agency or in-house).Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign reporting tools.Strong grasp of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement (GA4, pixels, UTM tagging).Experience managing eCommerce or multi-product retail campaigns.Confident in analysing large data sets and translating insights into strategic action.Skills & CompetenciesYou’re analytical yet creative, able to turn numbers into narratives and insights into action.Advanced understanding of campaign optimisation, audience segmentation, and creative testing.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.Knowledge of conversion funnels, ROAS, and attribution models.Excellent communication skills, you can articulate performance insights clearly to clients and colleagues.Proactive, organised, and curious, always exploring smarter, faster ways to grow performance.Bonus if You Have These Certifications Google Ads Search CertificationMeta Certified Media Buying ProfessionalGoogle Ads Display or Measurement CertificationSearch Ads 360 CertificationGA4 CertificationWhat’s in It for You You’ll join a high-performing, insights-driven media team where experimentation and growth are part of the culture.Manage Paid Media for a top-tier retail client with national reach and digital scale.Access to enterprise-level tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, SA360, and feed automation platforms.Clear pathways to Manager roles with structured mentorship and learning programs.Join a culture that values creativity, accountability, and innovation.Hybrid flexibility (office & WFH).Free gym membership because high performance starts with feeling your best.See your campaigns influence how millions of Australians shop and engage online every day.
