Reporting to a Senior Paid Search Manager, you'll oversee a small team, acting as a channel specialist responsible for driving innovation, ensuring best practice, and achieving outstanding results for our clients.This position requires solid hands-on experience in client communication, campaign strategy, and performance management across key search platforms, including Google (Search, PMax/Shopping, Demand Gen), Microsoft Ads, Amazon Search, and Apple Search. Collaboration with our SEO and Paid Social teams will be key to delivering integrated, data-driven strategies.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & StrategyLead end-to-end campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across all major search platformsConduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor insights to inform strategic planning and campaign structureEnsure campaigns meet SINE's best practice standards through regular QA checks and performance reviewsDevelop, present, and deliver paid search strategies that align with client KPIs and budgetsTranslate performance data into actionable insights using in-platform and third-party analytics toolsIdentify opportunities for testing and innovation, fostering a "test-and-learn" culture within the teamStay ahead of emerging trends, platform features, and new tools, sharing insights with colleagues and clientsCollaborate with the Paid Social, SEO, and Data teams to create cohesive, cross-channel strategies that drive full-funnel performanceMaintain relationships with platform partners (e.g. Google, Microsoft) to stay informed on new products, betas, and opportunities for clientsOversee onboarding and account setup processes, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and assets are managed effectivelyClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for strategic discussionsPresent campaign results, insights, and growth recommendations clearly and confidentlyPartner with Account and Client Directors on quarterly reviews, post-campaign analyses, and long-term planningLine ManagementManage and mentor junior team members, ensuring workloads are balanced and development goals are metConduct regular 1:1s and annual reviews, providing feedback and clear objectives to support professional growthSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, contributing to a positive and inclusive team cultureLead by example in fostering collaboration, curiosity, and performance excellence across the teamOperational ExcellenceOversee budget management for your accounts, including forecasting, pacing, and billing accuracyLead performance forecasting and budget planning to ensure client targets are met efficientlyLeverage automation tools, scripts, and data feeds to improve efficiency and consistency across campaignsConduct regular audits to identify performance opportunities and improve efficiencyContribute to internal best practice documentation, new business pitches, and internal training initiativesSupport the development of internal resources and process improvements to continually enhance SINE's Paid Search offeringRequirementsAs part of our dynamic, lively and fast-growing team, you'll need to demonstrate the following:2.5 - 3+ years of Paid Search experience - agency background desirableExpertise across Google Ads (Search, PMax/Shopping, Demand Gen), Microsoft Ads, and AmazonStrong proficiency in keyword research, campaign planning, execution, reporting and performance analysis using tools like GA4 and SA360Proven experience in full-funnel campaign planning and management, with an understanding of the broader media mixStrong communicator with the confidence to lead client conversations and presentationsOrganised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyProficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPointProactive, collaborative, and eager to innovate within a fast-paced digital environmentBenefits25 days' holiday (plus public holidays and Christmas closure) and additional annual leave accrual for the first three yearsCompetitive salary, benchmarked annuallyEarly Friday finish at 3pm (subject to business needs)Enhanced family and personal leave policiesHealth cash plan (after 3 months) and employee assistance programmeHybrid working with home equipment allowanceRegular social events and free tickets to live eventsModern Fitzrovia office with local discounts and wellbeing perksStructured personal development programme and access to industry conferencesAn active social events calendar and opportunity to input into the social calendarOpportunities to help further shape the business culture and agency benefits
